Butterfly Tattoos: Learning from My Teacher

Breast Cancer Butterfly A lovely pink design to show your support for ...Our art teacher showed us Butterfly Tattoos. Our discussion this afternoon was focused on tattoos. It was a nice discussion really. I am not really into art but this afternoon I was attentive. I listened to the whole discussion not leaving a single detail unlearned. Our teacher was well versed with the topic. We touched on how tattoos originated. It was really an amazing learning. I never thought that tattoos originated in different places. We also had a discussion on how ancient people used tattoos with butterfly designs. There are ancient people whose use of the designs was weird. Aside from the past of tattoos, our teacher made mention that tattoos with butterfly designs exist up to now. The evidence of such are the photos of tattoos with butterfly designs that she showed us. The whole class was really mesmerized by the beauty of the tattoos. Up to now, I still remember the nice images that were presented to us.

GoPro: 5 Times More Better

According to a GoPro HD HERO Naked review I have stumbled upon in the internet, this camera has a very interesting feature.

The camera can shoot automatic 5 megapixel photos at 2, 5, 10, 30 and 60 second intervals during your activity, hands free. In simple words, you can just press the shutter button once at the start of your activity. Then it records up to 2.5 hours of poster-print quality photos of you and your friends.

This is the perfect camera feature if you want to capture your activity with everyone included in the picture. With this one touch feature no one will be left in the scene.

Well I am interested in getting this camera because it simply means a convenient way to record our favorite sport and outdoor activities. This feature knocks down a self-timer that captures only one photo at a time. Now I can shoot up to 5 times more and in high definition.

My Little Artist in the Making

Being an artist is something that takes a lot of patience and skill, which is exactly why that is not my chosen profession. While I dabble in little in painting, it is not something that I can imagine doing regularly. My wife is much more into it than I am, and I believe that her love or art was passed down to my daughter. I realized early on that Helen was more advanced than other children when it came to art. She is 10 now and she has really began to sharpen her skills and show some real promise. Although my family has to worry about money sometimes, I make sure that Helen has all of the art supplies she needs. They are pretty expensive so I have been searching for a new place to get them from. I went online and did a search for “art supply Orlando inexpensive” and I found a few places that seem like what I am looking for.

Photo Booth Presence in Different Countries

Photo Booths have become very common in most of the developed countries. In Japan and Europe, drastic changes have been happening in the last few decades. In these countries, coin operated photo booths are seen commonly in many shopping malls, railway stations and supermarkets. In many other countries the photo booth market is in the developing stage. An example is Australia. In very few countries, photo booth market is still very small. Those countries still depend on professionals to get the snaps, rather than making use of automatic photo booths. These are becoming pure entertainment methods. If you and your friends have gone for an outing, and wish to make the get together an unforgettable one, just make use of the automatic photo booth in the mall or railway station and get a wonderful snap. Also, professional snaps are required nowadays, for stamping in passports, driving licenses etc as a form of identification.

What to Look out for when Hiring a Photographer for Your Wedding?

Photographers in London are a dime a dozen owing to the rapid increase in photograph shops opening around the main city centers. However, a fair majority of photographers do not have the experience or the qualifications which would put them in the ranks of a good photographer. Many times people who end up hiring these people are disappointed with the results and professionalism of the photographer who is in charge of covering the event.

If you are looking for good London Wedding Photographers the first thing you’ll want to look at is how professional they are. Take a look at their existing portfolio and compare them to other photographers. Many times a company may just have one good photographer with all the others being armatures at the very best. You should always ask a photographer to show you his personal portfolio or probably ask him to take a few photos of you prior to making a decision to hire him for your event.

Drawing Deer from My Window

Our new house is way out in the country, so far away from other people that we don’t even have neighbors. Well, we do have neighbors, but they are not people, they are deer. I can see the deer at all times of the day, not just at night, grazing in one of the far fields from our house. I have taken to making little landscape drawings with the herd of deer in the distance. They look so perfect out there. It amazes me that no one takes care of them. I know this is silly – they are wild animals – but they never get wormed, or fed, or have anything done to them. They are completely okay (and not just okay, but incredibly healthy) all by themselves. I wish I could be like that. I feel like I need all kinds of support and stuff and maintenance to be okay. If I could just walk out of the house one day and be like the deer, I’d probably be dead within a month.

My Favourite Client

My favourite client of all Orange County, Lily Rhodes has called me the other day to plan her eight wedding ceremony with her new husband. I really love this woman, because she keeps my business running by marrying anyone she likes to marry. Since she is a big fan of quickie weddings, I will just find everything that she needs online to get all her wedding needs to be done quicker. However, she has always been lenient about finding an Orange County Wedding Photographer. I would understand her, because the last one that I gave out took wedding pictures of her showing her new signs of her latest Botox appointment. Which is why, this time I would hire a wedding photographer for her who knows how to use Adobe Photoshop, so that she will love the outcome of her new wedding pictures, and she will pay me more money this time around.

Loving the Sharpness of Tamron 180mm

I have to say that this Tamron 180mm is a very sharp lens. I got this lens used from one of the major online store which is interestingly having its headquarters in my hometown. I paid half of the original price on this lens. Considering the price that I paid for this lens, I think I got myself a true bargain. I still plan on buying a Tamron 60mm lens in addition to this lens due to its small size and portability. I think the Tamron 60mm lens will be more of a fit when I want to travel light with my DSLR camera. However, I remembered that the 60mm focal length will not give me good working distance and so I decided to cancel the purchase. The 180mm focal length is very useful for shooting timid and small bugs and it has great sharpness at any aperture. Bottom line is I highly recommend this lens.

Using Tokina 100mm As a Portrait Lens

Not many photographers know this but you can also use this Tokina 100mm lens as a portrait lens. This is because this lens has the ideal focal length of 100mm which is commonly used for portraiture shooting. In addition, the f/2.8 aperture is perfect for achieving great out of focus blurs. The size of this lens is small enough so your subject will not feel intimidated by the lens size. I have used this lens for outdoor portraiture and most of my subject can give their best natural pose because they are not intimidated with the lens. For macro photography application, this lens is great as well. However, I would not recommend this lens for shooting tiny insects because it will not provide enough working distance. For typical portraiture use however, this is a lens that you should really consider. This lens is a bit hard to get nowadays because of the high demand so you better keep an eye open.

So Many Options

I have been in the market for some magnetic name badges and name tags and I could not seem to find a good website that was easy on the pocket and user friendly. That is until I found this one website that had a pretty basic selection of name badges. They offered two different sizes in multiple options. They have gold, silver, and white plastic name badges in the sizes of 1 x 3 and 1.5 x 3 and they also sold the brushed aluminum name badges on the same website for the same price. The brushed aluminum name badges came in the colors of gold and silver. They offer pins and magnets with every order and they include them for free. They even offer free shipping with all orders that are over twenty dollars, which is every order. Seems like a great company and I am looking forward to buying my name badges and name tags from them.
